Key Concierge is the vision of co-founders Heather Deschambeau and Sylvia Fromsteim. Heather Deschambeau is an American native, who moved to Sint Maarten in 2023. Heather has twenty five years of travel and event planning. She holds fifteen years as CEO of an award winning, small service related business in United States. Heather also has several years of Real Estate sales and property management experience. Heather fell in love with Sint Maarten in 2015 and her passion is sharing all of its secrets and beauty with visitors.

 

Sylvia Fromstein has thirty five years in marketing and organized Real Estate services, including property management, business management consultant and columnist of ‘Real Estate and Real Estate Trends in Toronto. Sylvia has been in Sint Maarten for over 20 years and knows all of the ins and outs of the island.
